There I finally managed to do a real update.
So as it can be seen with all of my new pictures, I went to Cuba!
To leave my front yard full with about 15 feet of snow and go to a place where there is only sand.

I finally got vacations, and the best was, I was able to take pictures! I mean stopping for a day or more and just doing that.

I went to Varadero and I visited "La Havana". There is so many thing to see there. The "Cementerio de Cristóbal Colón" is one of those thing. That place is just so huge. Walking around such a cemetery knowing that there is around 800 000 graves around you makes you feel all funny.

Cuba is a great place to spend time to relax if you want, but it is also a place with a lot of poverty. People seem to be well and happy enough but there is something missing. The contrast of their lives with ours is something hard to see. I mean, while they are working like crazy to earn money, I was carrying around a Camera that was worth something like 6 years of salary for them. It is kinda sad to behold.

But, on the photographic side, I did enjoy this trip. I am still looking around my pictures to find those worth posting here.

I posted something like 20 pictures for now and I might add a few others now and then. Just finding the right categories for them takes an eternity even though they all end up in something - miscellaneous as I personally find the sub sub category system a bit confusing. If anybody got tips on where I should put my pictures please tell me.

Finally, all comments and criticism are welcome.
